A decade of holding space for stillness
Our Essence

A quiet sanctuary
that listens back.

Shivoham — "I am consciousness itself" — is an ancient mantra we've tried to live, not just recite. Every room was built by local hands. Every meal grown in our own permaculture garden. Every teacher, a lifelong practitioner.

We stay small on purpose. Twenty-eight guests at most, so we can know your name, remember how you take your chai, and notice when something unspoken needs tending.

with the landscape.

Words From Guests

They arrived as visitors.
They left as friends.

Seven days at Shivoham undid seven years of city noise. The silence here has a presence — it holds you, the way a good friend holds you when words would spoil it.

Meera Raghavan Meera Raghavan Architect · Bengaluru

I came expecting a holiday. I left with a practice. The morning yoga and the Ayurveda sessions changed something in me — I can feel it in how I sleep, in how I listen.

James Holloway James Holloway Writer · London

The food, the mountains, the kind faces — all of it. But what I carry most is the evening aarti by the river, the lamps floating downstream, the tears I didn't know I was holding.

Anika Chatterjee Anika Chatterjee Doctor · Kolkata

Nothing about this place felt performative. The quiet isn't a feature — it's the whole architecture. I'll be back, with my family, and with less in my suitcase each time.
